Name/Alias:Chanda Rellusio
Age: 34
Gender:Male
Occupation:Bar owner
Appearance: Chanda is always smartly dressed. In usually in a silver or white shirt, a black, silk vest waistcoat and red cravat. He will be found dressed like this whenever he is at work. He is mildly sharp face, with square features and a bit of a rectangular face. He sometimes has mildly visible bags under his warm, fathering eyes, but nothing too bad. He has quite a nose, which is perfectly straight. He does not have a lot of muscle-mass. He has quite bony hands, and slightly elongated fingers, both of which contain many scars from his work and his hobby. Another scar he has is just above the right hip, a bullet scar from a time during a charity mission.
Personality: On the surface, Chanda is a warm, caring bartender. He is often cheerful and can be seemingly flirty, whether this is a selling technique or just a flirt is unknown. He is generous, and careful upon who he lets close. He is the type of man, who just smiles and lets people hanging if they ask him about his personal life.
Underneath however, Chanda is a conflicted person. He loves his job, his work and his friends, however, he feels guilt and can often be quite depressed, although he never allows himself to show it. He feels guilty about his inability to see his daughter, and depressed because he has never successfully been with someone else after his daughter's mother. He's never found a person, who could help him take that step to get over her.
Background:
Chanda is a mysterious fellow, before he acquired the bar; his history is one that has been argued over many a drink. Some say Chanda is a war hero for the government; some say an infamous rebel soldier, at least from the government eyes. With the lack of proof either way, Chanda has never been officially questioned, that isn’t to say people aren’t investigating both theories:
Chanda Rellusio, according to the rumour, which say he was formerly with the government, states that Chanda was born in the tropics of Vetusolum. There he would be brought up in the traditional ways, before heading off to Patria to become a navy soldier. He would eventually become a famed daredevil pilot, and would be known to face fleets of pirates by himself. By Twenty, Chanda supposedly had over six combat medals. It was then a rebel forced massed in the atmosphere above Sukilti. Chanda had found himself in the crew of a battle frigate vessel as the pilot, under a general named Caitlyn Mandagor.
Chanda pulled off every manoeuvre with lethal effect, destroying half of the enemy fleet with his ship alone. It was then the frigate was boarded by a much larger vessel. The frigate crewmen were slaughtered and with a mark of bravery Chanda defended the general, as they made their way to the escape pods. Once inside the jettisoned away but their engine was shot up by one of the main battery cannons on one of the enemy ships. Both the General and Chanda hurtled towards the planet, and then ultimately crash landed in an isolated forest on the surface. Together they worked together and slowly grew closer and the time went on. They lived together for several months in the forest awaiting rescue. When it came both returned to life, and married soon after. According to this rumour, Chanda and the general went their new home on Patria, where Chanda began to struggle. He had grown fond of the struggle of Sukilti and of the orphans there. He left to help, leaving the general behind. The general stayed behind, keeping her pregnancy a secret from the charitable war hero. Years passed and eventually the child was introduced to Chanda, this was a bid to pull him away from his work, to finally settle down. Chanda was said to be stuck with two choices of purity, but eventually refused, seeing that the general was using the child to get at him. This was especially prudent and after he refused, she told him that he could never see his child again.
Needless to say, the other rumour doesn’t paint such a good picture. This rumour states that Chanda was still born on Vetusolum, but to a villainess. A vile and deceitful woman and a criminal in the eyes of many, she was also part of the corrupt side of the government. Chanda was said to rebel and eventually had no choice other than to kill his mother with a bullet to the head. Chanda of course was labelled a criminal in the eyes of the law, but a hero to the rebellion. He was soon collected up and whisked away to Sukilti, where he would take charge of his own vessel. Like the other rumour, this one also puts him in the fight above Sukilti at twenty years old. He destroyed ship after ship, killing hundreds of government workers. This was when his ship boarded General Caitlyn Mandagor’s vessel. His soldiers marched into the ship killing all who would come to face them. Chanda then decided to kidnap the General and force the government to retreat.
Unfortunately the general managed to get a message to the government ships and order them to fire upon the ship, thus giving her an honourable sacrifice. Chanda was said to grab the general and race through the ship with her into an escape pod and jettisoned away. In the explosion of both ships, the engines were destroyed and like the other myth, the pod was thrust down to the planet and into a forest. Over time, Chanda seduced the general and eventually made her pregnant. The two were said to marry with the blessing of a local priest and eventually made it back to actual society, where Chanda tried to force her to stay. Luckily the general gained her freedom and fled to Patria. Years later she would send Chanda a message with a video containing his child, in order to convince him to seek some redemption in his criminal activities. She asked him to return to her, but he refused, but stated that he would seek redemption.
From this point on the rumours stop, and it is widely known that Chanda set up his bar in Sukilti’s capital in order to pay for his absence in being a father. He would learn to make toys for the children, and feed them with his profits. He would be known to travel off on charity missions, but never would he leave for Patria, the home of his child. Now his child is fourteen, and not once has she ever seen him in person.
